Wind HQ

One shift in the forecast, three different days

The same change reaches everyone differently. Wind HQ gives each of them the version of it they can act on.

  • For the manager

You decide. It does the running around.

A forecast is a signal, never a verdict. Wind HQ proposes the rebuilt chain — who teaches whom, when, on which kite — and waits for you. Nothing moves until you say so, and every change is written down.

  • For the instructor

    Today, on one screen.

Your chain, your riders, and the kite you have been allocated. One tap to confirm. It keeps working on beach 4G, and it keeps working in the stretches with no signal at all — what you mark offline goes up when you are back.

  • For the rider

    Know before you go.

Your slot, your gear, your instructor. When the wind moves your lesson, you hear it from the school rather than from the beach — and you confirm from wherever the message finds you.

The right kite, without the arithmetic

Rider weight against wind strength gives a kite size, and the school's actual inventory gives the kite. Wind HQ does that matching for every lesson in the chain, every time the wind changes, and tells you what it cannot cover.

Nobody is left unasked

A rescheduled lesson is only real once the rider has agreed to it. When a confirmation does not come back, Wind HQ escalates rather than waits.

  1. A push notification
  2. Then WhatsApp or Telegram
  3. Then an automated call
  4. Then a task for you, with everything already gathered

Each step is tried in the rider's own language, and the ladder stops the moment somebody answers.

Written down, on both sides

Every schedule change keeps the wind conditions it was made under, frozen at the moment of the decision. The history is append-only. When a rider and a school remember a day differently, there is a record — and it protects whichever of them is right.
