Two agreements, because a school and a rider are not in the same relationship with us. Pick the one that describes you.
Wind HQ has two agreements rather than one. A kite school licensing the platform and a rider taking lessons on it are in different relationships with us, and a single document that tried to cover both would give each of them terms written for the other.
School agreement
The agreement between Wind HQ and a kite school licensing the platform. Longer, because a business relationship has more in it.

- Data processing agreement — The data protection terms between Wind HQ and a school, covering the lesson data a school records about its students. Part of the school agreement, published separately because a school's own lawyer will want to read it on its own.
