Wind HQ has two agreements rather than one. A kite station licensing the platform and a rider taking lessons on it are in different relationships with us, and a single document that tried to cover both would give each of them terms written for the other.
Station agreement
The agreement between Wind HQ and a kite station licensing the platform. Longer, because a business relationship has more in it.

- Data processing agreement — The data protection terms between Wind HQ and a station, covering the lesson data a station records about its students. Part of the station agreement, published separately because a station's own lawyer will want to read it on its own.
